visitor id is the ideal solution for managing visitors and service providers to your facility.
- visitor is signed-in to the facility or offices
- a message is sent the relevant staff member to announce the arrival of the visitor
- staff responds - will accept the visitor, will be a few minutes, is not available or is not here
- no response alert - will inform reception when staff do not respond to visitor alert
- ID pass is printed through DYMO Label Writer
- visitor signs-out
- visitors can be requested to sign-out through the kiosk or reception can check them out
- visitors can be checked out automatically by the system after a set time or at end of day
- generate a report of visitors on site in the event of a fire, evacuation or emergency
