One of Australia’s leading Facilities Providers, Spotless Facilities Management was asked to reduce incidents of vehicle theft and break-ins at a major shopping centre.

kwiklook Incident Management was implemented over a two day workshop and operational within one week, following a one and a half day training program for staff and management.
Using kwiklook, onsite Security Guards completed the Incident Reports and the Supervisor analysed the incidents and produced statistics that established a pattern of behaviour that needed correcting. The Supervisor zeroed in on the location within the shopping centre and the day & time.
The Supervisor redeployed resources based on factual information and eradicated the problem. To date, there has not been any repeat offences in the problem location. The other location, within the Shopping Centre, did not experience a corresponding increase in crime.
