"Process Error - There was a problem trying to obtain your Pass No. Please see reception”.

Occurs when

This message occurs when a visitor is signing-in and the program is unable to resolve the next Pass No. kwiklook Visitor ID may either print a visitor pass with Pass No "0" or just reset the sign-in procedure and print no visitor pass.

Remedy

Close and restart kwiklook Visitor ID.
