Ian has solution designed SAP and Sage systems for small to medium sized businesses and mid-sized enterprises, and has helped create project plans that deliver immediate and long-lasting value for CitySoft’s clients, for 32 years. Ian is Australia’s most awarded Sage business partner and one of SAP’s leading consultative sales representatives.

Chris Fahey

Chris is the driving force behind Future IT. His early background was at an executive management level in applying software solutions within multi-national corporate business enterprises (1985-2000). This experience led him in to developing and implementing Integrated Software Solutions via Future Interactive Software. Over the past 25 years, Chris has worked closely with a range of mult-facility organisations implementing kwiklook facility management software in Aged Care, Health Care and Public Facilities including the Healthscope Group, Cabrini Health, Lend Lease, Adelaide Oval, Federation Square, GPT, State Library NSW plus a wide variety of small to medium sized enterprises.

Zoe Milne

LoopSafe

With a background of managing education technologies for schools, Zoe saw a genuine need for solutions that could help organisations with a duty of care for others to streamline site entry processes and attendance management.
She established LoopSafe to automate entry and attendance recording processes, removing any need for paper forms and to remove the costly need for admin to constantly monitor entry points to their sites.
LoopSafe have designed and built specialised sign-in kiosks to help education and aged care providers safely manage visitors, staff and students/residents coming and going from their premises.
It’s about putting in place the processes and procedures that can make a real difference for you and the lives in your care.

Jerome is the CTO and founder of Elder Onboard Pty Ltd. In his role as CEO of software development and website design firm Laneways Software + Digital, Jerome worked with many clients in the aged care industry. This interaction provided the insight and impetus that led to the founding of Elder Onboard. Elder Onboard is designed from the ground up to meet the needs of Australian Aged Care providers struggling with legacy software systems and outdated operating procedures. It aims to meet the specific needs of growing Aged Care Organisations.
